Where were you hiding?

We are getting more and more clients who had developed their systems 10 or more years ago. It’s amazing to see businesses that were able to capture their processes in a system that does the job.

Obviously, the management have found it unrealistic to continue and keep up with the modern technology and staff expectations when it comes to the modern looks, having a mobile app for all the field and warehouse work.

The most painful point, as it turns out, was the management’s near religious conviction that there is no system out there that would support their business processes – from quotations to booking pickups, crating, delivering, conditioning, labeling and completing paperwork in one coherent system that reflects physical inventory movements governed by operations.
